What is going on with your gut?

Bloating in the evenings and nothing in the mornings. Odd but liveable.

Nothing new. Everything old is a bit better. That is the report.

Nothing physical. Mood, though, and I have told my prescriber rather than waiting to see.

The burping. Nobody puts it in the leaflet and it is one of the odder experiences of my adult life.

Third day after a step up is always the worst. Knowing does not help but it does make it survivable.

Pain under the ribs going round to my back last night. I went in. It was investigated. I would go again.

Dizzy standing up twice, badly enough that I sat down on the pavement. Dehydration. Fixed with actual water.
