What has been going on for longer than you have admitted?

A bad night, then a bad morning, then a manageable afternoon. It does turn.

I stopped last week and today was the first day I properly missed it.

I am so tired that I sat in the car outside the house for twenty minutes before coming in.

I have been rigid about food this week in a way I recognise from a long time ago, and I have messaged my therapist about it.

Money. There is a month coming where I cannot pay for it and I have not told anybody.

Genuinely awful pain last night. Went in. Investigated. Not what anyone feared. Would go again.
