Conditions

PCOS

Cycles, insulin, fertility, and years of being dismissed.

Most members here arrived with a long history of not being listened to. PCOS gets diagnosed slowly, explained badly, and treated as one thing when it behaves like several.

We talk about what is actually established for PCOS specifically — which is less than the confident posts online suggest — and about the complicated feelings when a cycle returns after years, especially around fertility.

Who this circle is for

  • You have a PCOS diagnosis
  • You suspect PCOS and are trying to get taken seriously
  • You are navigating fertility questions alongside treatment

Agreements here

  • Fertility talk is welcome and never assumed — not everyone here wants a baby
  • We are clear that PCOS-specific long-term evidence is thinner than general trial evidence

On top of the sitewide agreements.
