Granted

Three things this week.

Made a flowchart. I am aware this is a coping mechanism. It also worked.

Refused twice before he started. Wrote it up as a process problem.

Denied again. Escalating. I am unreasonably calm about it, which I attribute entirely to Petra.

Appeal granted. Eleven weeks, four paragraphs, one very patient clinician who wrote the letter that mattered.

Found the actual criterion I am being measured against, which took two phone calls and a lot of reading. It was not the one I had been arguing about.
