Later than I should have

Flat rather than sad. I could not find words for it for a fortnight, which meant I did not raise it for a fortnight.

A very brief entry admitting he had been struggling, which cost him something to write.

Told my prescriber rather than waiting to see. That is new for me and it is entirely down to something someone said in circle.

A hard week. I asked for help later than I should have and I am writing that down so I recognise it faster next time.
