from 2.3k member reports

A rating here summarises what members have said about ordering. It is not a safety rating and it cannot be one.

GL Biochem (Shanghai) Ltd., trading as GL Biochem, based in Shanghai. Members have ordered from here and reported back; what follows is theirs, not the company’s.

What members have reported

Including the reports that do not flatter anybody.

Members describe ordering as straightforward. Transit sits in the one-to-three week band most of the time, and the cold pack usually arrives cold. The reports that matter most are the ones where something went wrong, and those are below with the rest.

Communication is described as quick and a little formulaic. Members who asked a precise question generally got a precise answer; members who asked an open one got a template.

The testing record, and its limits

GL Biochem publishes third-party reports against catalogue items, and several members have commissioned their own testing rather than relying on those. Independent results have broadly matched the published figures.

What a purity figure proves is narrow. It tells you what proportion of the peptide present is the peptide you wanted. It says nothing about how much peptide is in the vial, and nothing about sterility. Those are separate measurements and they are not always supplied.

Checked against unverifiable

The left column is what somebody could confirm. The right column is what nobody can.

Dispatch and warehouses

Stock is held regionally, so an order is sent from within your own country rather than from the manufacturing site.

  • Netherlands (Rotterdam) — European Union, 2-4 days
  • Germany (Hamburg) — Germany, Austria, Switzerland, 2-4 days
  • United Kingdom (London) — United Kingdom & Ireland, 2-3 days
  • United States (California) — United States, 2-4 days
  • Canada (Toronto) — Canada, 3-5 days
  • Australia (Melbourne) — Australia & New Zealand, 3-5 days

Can be checked

  • That the shop trades at glbiochem.net and gives Shanghai as its base
  • That third-party reports exist for named catalogue items, and that members have independently reproduced some of them
  • That members here have ordered, received, and reported back over a period of months

Cannot be checked

  • Any relationship, or absence of one, between this shop and any similarly named company
  • Chain of custody between manufacture and dispatch, including how long stock sat and at what temperature
  • Sterility and endotoxin status of anything in a vial, which no purity panel addresses

Questions to ask before you order

Take these verbatim. The answers, and the non-answers, are informative.

  1. Can you send the certificate for the lot number printed on my vial, not a representative one?
  2. Does the certificate include peptide content by weight as well as purity?
  3. How was this stored between manufacture and dispatch, and for how long?

Member reports

Published in full, including the unimpressed ones.

Saskia H.★★★★☆3 Jan 2026

Held locally in the Netherlands, so the thymosin alpha-1 5 mg arrived on day 4 without an import step.

Nils B.★★★★☆16 Feb 2026

Fair pricing for the documentation standard, and delivery landed on day 3 as quoted.

Marit★★★★★14 Feb 2026

Submitted the hexarelin 5 mg to PeptideMeter blind, without telling them the source. 98.1% against a stated 97.7%. The number holds up when nobody knows whose vial it is.

Anders E.★★★★★20 Feb 2026

Weighed 7 vials from the PT-141 10 mg order against label. Every one inside 2% of stated mass. Fill consistency is harder than purity and they have it.

Kenji M.★★★★☆7 Sep 2025

Ordered selank 10 mg twice. Both vials reconstituted cleanly and both matched their certificates.

Emil S.★★★★★23 Aug 2025

Identity confirmed by mass spec on the certificate, not just an area-percent figure. Both questions answered on one page.

Samir A.★★★★★12 May 2026

Same lot documentation as the factory ships, but out of their warehouse in the United States, so it landed on day 5.

Aleksi R.★★★★★2 May 2026

First order, deliberately small, LL-37 5 mg only. Documentation, transit and a Medutest result at 97.8% all checked out, so the next one will not be small.

Kofi S.★★★★★7 Apr 2025

Their warehouse in the United States carries the lines I reorder, so there is no wait on a factory run. Day 5 every time.

Bastian S.★★★★★6 Mar 2026

Regional stock makes the difference — dispatched within the Netherlands, day 3, cold pack still hard on arrival.

Priya J.★★★★★19 Aug 2025

Peptide content reported at 98.3% alongside the purity figure, so I could convert straight to a working mass.

Ruben H.★★★★★24 Jan 2026

Asked a genuinely technical question about pre-dispatch storage and got a reply with numbers in it, inside 5 hours.

Astrid O.★★★★★23 Oct 2025

The certificate for lot GLB-26-210 carried method, wavelength, water content and an itemised related-substances table. Complete on the first pass.

Malin★★★★☆22 May 2025

Solid on the survodutide 5 mg. Purity where it should be, transit 5 days, paperwork in order.

Mikkel B.★★★★★19 Jul 2025

Costed them per mg against three other suppliers on the same semaglutide 10 mg spec. Competitive on price and clearly ahead on documentation.

Liv B.★★★★★3 Jul 2025

Their warehouse in Australia had the semax 10 mg in stock and it shipped the same afternoon. Tracking never left the country.

Emil M.★★★★★12 May 2026

One of the few places that will quote MOTS-c 10 mg at all, and the synthesis came back clean on an independent check.

Emeka E.★★★★★13 May 2026

Third order from them, all KPV 10 mg. Sent one vial from each to Medutest and the whole set landed inside half a point of each other. That flatness is exactly what I pay for.

Joaquin V.★★★★★11 Mar 2025

Medutest has now seen 9 of their lots through me. Not one has come back outside spec.

Viktor A.★★★★★8 May 2025

6 lots logged now, purity 99.1 to 99.4%. A band that tight is worth more to me than one spectacular number.

Amara F.★★★★☆24 Nov 2025

Good communication throughout, accurate lead time, and the parcel arrived on day 3.

Kenji B.★★★★☆19 Apr 2026

Everything about the order was routine in the best sense — quoted 3 days, arrived in 3.

Annika★★★★☆21 Feb 2026

Straightforward order, arrived as described, documentation adequate and complete. Nothing to add, which is the point.

Joaquin Vo.★★★★★13 Mar 2025

No customs paperwork, no import wait — it came from their stock in Germany and arrived day 4.

Vito T.★★★★☆25 Dec 2025

Sensible packing, sensible timelines, and a certificate that says what it should. No notes.

Malin C.★★★★★13 Aug 2025

They report purity by RP-HPLC with the wavelength stated and peptide content separately. Two different numbers, correctly separated.

Where GL Biochem sells

So you can read their account against this one.

GL Biochem (Shanghai) Ltd. sells from its own shop. The link below is marked nofollow and sponsored. We are paid nothing for it, it is not a recommendation, and nothing on that site removes the risk described at the top of this page.

Whatever the shop says, the lot on the vial has to match the lot on the certificate. That check is yours and nobody else can do it for you.
