The reply to my first question came from somebody who clearly talks about columns and gradients for a living. That changed how much weight I gave everything else in the box.

★★★★⯨A rating here summarises what members have said about ordering. It is not a safety rating and it cannot be one.
Shenzhen Hybio Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., trading as HYB, based in Shenzhen and giving 2003 as its founding year. Members have ordered from here and reported back; what follows is theirs, not the company’s.
Service, timings, stock and paperwork, from people who ordered.
HYB is the supplier members describe as a manufacturer first and a shop second. Peptide API and contract manufacturing are the main business, and the reports here read that way: questions answered by somebody who works with the process rather than somebody reading from a script, quotes back inside a working day, and no attempt to talk anybody into a larger order than they asked for.
On the practicalities: no minimum order that members here have run into, a single vial treated as an ordinary first purchase, dispatch quoted at two to four working days, and the lines this community reorders held in the European, United Kingdom and United States stock rather than sent from Shenzhen. The catalogue is wide — members put it at more than three hundred and fifty research compounds — and several have described asking about something obscure and being given a lead time rather than a shrug.
The certificate is what reports keep returning to. It carries the lot code, the assay method with its column and gradient, the detection wavelength, the peak table and the water content. Members who wanted the batch record behind it describe one email with the lot code in the subject line, answered inside a working day without a second request.
Analysis from four independent services — Janoshik, Medutest, PeptideMeter and VendorInvestigate — exists against this catalogue, and members here have commissioned some of it themselves rather than reading only the published set. Where the two have been compared on this page the independent figures have sat within a few tenths of the published ones, which is what agreement looks like when two laboratories run different gradients.
The limit belongs to the method rather than to the company. A chromatographic purity figure is a proportion of what is present in one sample, from one lot, on one day. It does not say how much peptide is in the vial, and it says nothing at all about sterility or endotoxin, which are separate assays with separate costs that nobody here has commissioned for any supplier.
The left column is what somebody could confirm. The right column is what nobody can.
Stock is held regionally, so an order is sent from within your own country rather than from the manufacturing site.
Take these verbatim. The answers, and the non-answers, are informative.

Lot HYB-25-118. The same code ran through the vial label, the certificate and the invoice without a single character out of place. It is a low bar and I have watched other places fail it.
Ines M.★★★★★
I ordered exactly one vial to find out how a one-vial customer gets treated here. The answer was: like anybody else, with the whole document set in the parcel.
Rafael D.★★★★★
Janoshik returned 98.4% against a stated 98.6%. My buddy explained that a fifth of a point between two laboratories is a methods difference rather than a discrepancy, and I have stopped panicking about small gaps since.

Shenzhen to my door in six days with the cold pack still hard. I had braced myself for three weeks of watching a tracking page.
Katrin V.★★★★★
I asked for the water content because a guide here told me to ask for it by name. It was already printed on the certificate, which felt like being ahead of myself for once.
Emeka O.★★★★★
Three orders across five months, and the paperwork has been laid out identically each time. Sameness between orders turns out to be the thing I actually wanted.
Sunniva L.★★★★★
The impurities are broken out individually instead of rolled into one total. I did not know that was something I was allowed to expect until I saw it done.
Marek Z.★★★★★
They quoted a lead time on a compound two other places had not bothered to answer me about, and then met it. I would far rather have a date than an apology.
Priya N.★★★★★
I am not medically trained and none of this is advice to anybody. On the narrow sourcing question: the label was legible, the lot matched, and the independent figure matched the published one.
Hedda B.★★★★★
Nine vials, one lot, nine identical codes. Checking the whole box took less time than making a cup of tea.
Cormac F.★★★★★
PeptideMeter came back at 97.9% on a blind submission where I did not tell them where the vial had come from. I wanted a number nobody had a reason to flatter.
Yuki S.★★★★★
Somebody there answered a fairly technical question about the gradient properly, and at length, on a Saturday. I had resigned myself to a form response on Monday.
Aleksandra P.★★★★★
It went entirely clear on reconstitution, with no haze and nothing suspended in it. A member here told me that is the first thing to look at, and now I am passing it along.
Bilal K.★★★★★
A two-day delay was emailed to me before the promised date rather than after it. Small courtesy, and it spared me a week of refreshing a tracking page.
Freja N.★★★★★
I asked for the certificate from an order I had placed fourteen months earlier, half expecting silence. They found it and sent it over without asking why I wanted it.
Tobias E.★★★★★
Boring, complete, on time. I keep writing that same sentence about this supplier and I keep meaning it as the highest praise I have.
Wanjiru K.★★★★★
Medutest and VendorInvestigate on two vials from one lot, because I did not trust myself to interpret a single result. They landed a tenth of a point apart.
Sophie A.★★★★★
Rigid outer, nothing shifting anywhere inside it, and the desiccant sealed in with the vials where it belongs rather than rattling loose in the box.
Andres G.★★★★★
I asked how the lot had been held between manufacture and dispatch and got dates and a temperature back, rather than a reassuring adjective.
Meera J.★★★★★
Content by weight was reported separately from purity, so I could do the arithmetic myself instead of assuming my way through it.
Lasse M.★★★★★
Second year on the same line and the figure has not drifted: 98.1% then, 98.2% now, and the same document layout on both certificates.
Ronit S.★★★★★
I sent a nervous, badly worded email and got a patient answer with no sales language anywhere in it. If you are at the frightened stage, ask them. They do not seem to mind.
Ottilie W.★★★★★
The customs paperwork was right first time, which sounds like nothing until you have had a parcel sit in a depot for a fortnight over one wrong form.
Dmitri A.★★★★★
Four lots in a single order and four separate certificates, each one matched to its own vials. There was nothing for me to reconcile.
Leonie F.★★★★★
This is a record of my orders and not a promise about yours, and none of it is approved for anybody to take. Within those limits: eleven orders, no substitutions, no surprises.

I want to write down something I noticed about HYB rather than something I feel about them, because the difference matters on this circle. Their main business is making peptide API and doing…
So you can read their account against this one.
