Solar fridge finally sorted, which is a specific problem for those of us off-grid.

Set a repeating alarm for the injection so it stops being a decision.

Worked out the ferry timetable against the pharmacy opening hours and now keep a three-week buffer.

Put a flask and a proper meal in the locker so 4am stops being crisps.

Booked the appointment I have been avoiding since March.

Moved my hard training sessions away from the day after the injection. Obvious in hindsight.

Worked out where the pen actually lives in a fridge shared with four housemates and a toddler.
