What have you had to plan around this week?

Sorted a repeat prescription that has been on my list since Easter.

Worked out the ferry timetable against the pharmacy opening hours and now keep a three-week buffer.

Two lines a day in a paper diary. That is my entire system and it has twice changed a clinical decision.

Sorted the paperwork for the appeal into one folder in order. It took an evening and it has saved me weeks.

Batch cooked six labelled boxes and felt insufferable about it.

Wrote three questions down for Thursday. I have never once remembered them otherwise.

Put a flask and a proper meal in the locker so 4am stops being crisps.
