The volume and the work

Late, and writing anyway.

Flat rather than sad. I could not find words for it for a fortnight, which meant I did not raise it for a fortnight.

A hard winter and a conversation with his GP about mood.

Told my prescriber rather than waiting to see. That is new for me and it is entirely down to something someone said in circle.

A hard week. I asked for help later than I should have and I am writing that down so I recognise it faster next time.

Therapy alongside this has been the useful part. The medication changed the volume; the therapy is doing the work.
