Weather, not a verdict

A brief account of the week.

I wanted to stop this week. Said so out loud in circle, which I had not planned to. Six people said they had been there. Nobody tried to fix it.

Flat, described in the register of a book review.

Three months of no change and my blood pressure has come down anyway. Two things can be true at once and I keep having to relearn that.

Ada said something in circle that has stayed with me: that a plateau is weather, not a verdict. I have written it on a card.

The plateau has been going on longer than the part before the plateau. That is an odd thing to sit with.
