What is the smallest thing you are glad about today?

I put on a coat I had put at the back of the wardrobe out of spite, and it was comfortable.

I did the food shop without the mental negotiation about the middle aisle. That has never happened.

That I have stopped bracing for the bad three days, because there have not been bad three days in a while.

I noticed I was hungry, correctly, at a normal time. Week 1. It felt like a message from an old friend.

My handwriting is neater. I have no theory about this and I refuse to speculate.

My ring went back on. I have not made a thing of it and I am making a small thing of it here.
