What do you want to stop apologising for?

Was kind to somebody else, which was easier than being kind to myself, as usual.

I let a bad week be a bad week rather than making it mean something.

Said no to a family thing on Sunday and it went completely fine, which was not the disaster I had scheduled.

Said the thing I was frightened of saying and was met well.

Told somebody they had helped me. They had no idea.

Let somebody help me. That is the whole entry and it was harder than it sounds.
