What did you notice about your energy across the day?

Enough to get to the pool. That was the whole budget and it was well spent.

Better than last week. I had my iron treated and the difference has not been subtle.

Half of it went on dread about Thursday. The dread costs more than the injection.

I had enough to do something for pleasure rather than duty and that felt like a luxury.

Nowhere good. A flat, grey, unproductive day and I am letting it be that.
