What have you sorted out that had been hanging over you?

Found out my plan actually covers this, after a year of assuming it did not.

Booked the appointment I have been avoiding since March.

Worked out the ferry timetable against the pharmacy opening hours and now keep a three-week buffer.

Moved my hard training sessions away from the day after the injection. Obvious in hindsight.

Set a repeating alarm for the injection so it stops being a decision.

Worked out where the pen actually lives in a fridge shared with four housemates and a toddler.
