How is the plateau, if you are in one?

Money. There is a month coming where I cannot pay for it and I have not told anybody.

My mother said something at lunch and I have carried it around all afternoon.

I have not been all right for a while and I am going to say so to somebody with a stethoscope this week.

Nothing happened. That was the hard part.

I stopped last week and today was the first day I properly missed it.

Hardest part is that I am supposed to be the one who copes.

Somebody at work asked what my secret was and I could not answer and then thought about it until midnight.
