What is your body good at?

My hands. They can open jars again and I notice it every single time.

Neutral. Genuinely neutral. It is a body, it is doing its job, I did not think about it much.

My back held for a whole shift, which is the only thing I ask of it.

It is recovering from a virus and doing so slowly, and I am trying to let it.

Stopped weighing myself in November and I have not once regretted it.

Neutral about most of it and still snagging on one bit, which I gather is normal.
