Life and logistics

Athletes and lifters

Performance, fuelling, and keeping what you have built.

If you train seriously, the calculus is different. Fuelling a session on a reduced appetite is a real problem, and the risk of losing hard-won strength during a rapid change is not hypothetical.

We keep the frame on performance and on keeping what you have. Body composition talk is out — it turns a room into a comparison very fast and nobody leaves better off.

Who this circle is for

  • You lift, run, ride, row or compete
  • Your training has fallen off and you want it back
  • You have kept training going through a titration and can say how

Agreements here

  • No body composition talk, no physique commentary
  • Fuelling advice stays general; specifics belong with a sports dietitian

On top of the sitewide agreements.
