Life and logistics

Shift workers

For weeks that have no shape. Meets at 3am when needed.

Every piece of advice about this assumes you eat dinner at seven and sleep at eleven. If you finish at seven in the morning, none of it applies. Injection day drifts, meals happen at 4am in a staff room, and fatigue is already your baseline so you cannot tell what the medication is doing.

This circle meets at times that look wrong on a calendar and are exactly right if you work nights.

Who this circle is for

  • You work nights, rotating shifts, or offshore rotations
  • Your injection day keeps drifting and you feel bad about it
  • You are trying to eat properly on a shift pattern

Agreements here

  • No advice that assumes a nine-to-five
  • A drifting injection day is a logistics question for your prescriber, not a failing

On top of the sitewide agreements.
