This circle has its own weather. More members paying out of pocket, more people who have never had a long-term prescription for anything, more social pressure, and a real strand of members who came to this from a difficult place with food and need it handled with care.

There is also the honest question of what a very long horizon means, which nobody can answer with confidence yet.
