Life and logistics
Vegan and vegetarian
Protein without a chore, on a plant-based plate.
Getting enough protein matters more than usual during a period of rapid change, and it is a genuinely harder puzzle on a plant-based diet with a much smaller appetite. Volume is the enemy: the foods that solve the problem are often the foods you cannot face.
This circle is a working kitchen. Practical, specific, and unbothered about anyone's reasons for eating the way they do.
Who this circle is for
- You are vegan, vegetarian or mostly plant-based
- You are struggling to get protein in on a small appetite
- You have cracked it and can share the actual meals
Agreements here
- Nobody is asked to justify how they eat
- Practical over ideological — this is a logistics circle
