Laces

pleased energy 3a turning point

Ten minutes then I am asleep.

Slept flat. Whole night. Flat.

Walked to work instead of the bus for a month.

Tied my own laces standing up. I am aware of how that sounds and I do not care.

Walked into town and back, which I stopped doing years ago without ever deciding to stop.

Shift in six hours.
