Alcohol
What changes, why, and what to do if it is more than that.
A great many members report that alcohol simply stopped appealing, or that two drinks now land like five. This is one of the most consistently reported changes and it is worth talking about plainly.
For some people it opens a harder question about their own drinking. We hold that without moralising and we point at real support rather than offering advice.
Who this circle is for
- Your relationship with alcohol has changed
- You are looking honestly at your drinking
- You want to know what others noticed
Agreements here
- No moralising in either direction
- When the conversation is about dependence we point at real services, not advice
