Hair shedding
Distressing, common, usually temporary — and never trivial.
Hair shedding a few months into rapid change is common, well described, and usually a temporary phase rather than permanent loss. It is also genuinely distressing, and being told it is "only hair" is not help.
We do both things here: the honest information about what is known, and taking seriously how much it can hurt.
Who this circle is for
- You are shedding and frightened
- You want to know what is actually established about it
- You came out the other side and can say what regrowth looked like
Agreements here
- Nobody minimises this. "It is only hair" is not a contribution
- We separate what is established from what is sold
