GLP CircleA peer support community

Body and symptoms

Constipation and gut

Unglamorous, universal, and worth talking about properly.

Nobody wants this circle to exist and everybody needs it. Slowed gut transit is one of the most common effects and one of the least discussed, and it makes people miserable for months longer than necessary because they will not raise it.

Raise it here. It is extremely ordinary and there is a lot to say.

Who this circle is for

  • Things have slowed down and you are uncomfortable
  • You want to know what is worth asking a pharmacist about
  • You have a routine that works and can describe it

Agreements here

  • Plain words, no euphemism, no embarrassment
  • Anything sounding like an obstruction goes to a clinician immediately

On top of the sitewide agreements.
