Body and symptoms

Sleep and fatigue

For the tiredness that arrives without warning.

Fatigue is the side effect people least expect and are least prepared to defend. You cannot see it, it does not sound serious, and it can flatten a fortnight.

This circle is for that, and for the other direction too — the people whose sleep changed shape, who wake at four, who dream vividly, or who suddenly need nine hours and cannot explain why.

Who this circle is for

  • You are exhausted and do not know why
  • Your sleep has changed since starting
  • You work shifts and cannot tell what is what

Agreements here

  • Fatigue is a real symptom and gets taken seriously here
  • Persistent fatigue deserves bloods rather than a workaround
