Mind and meaning
Neurodivergent members
Routines, interoception, sensory change, and executive function.
If you are autistic, ADHD or otherwise neurodivergent, a lot about this is different in ways that rarely get mentioned. Interoception — knowing what your body is telling you — may already be unreliable. Sensory changes to taste and texture can wreck a safe-food list. And a routine built painstakingly over years can come apart when appetite cues change.
This circle takes all of that as the starting point rather than an edge case.
Who this circle is for
- You are autistic, ADHD or otherwise neurodivergent
- Your safe foods have become unappealing
- Your medication routine has fallen apart and you need practical help rather than tutting
Agreements here
- Routine collapse is a logistics problem, not a character problem
- Sensory change is real and is taken at face value here
